Is it possible to return a used car after 2 months from purchase after finding out the dealership sold you a car that is not safe to drive?

I need some serious help and advice. I bought a 2010 Ford Fusion last month from a dealership & they had me get it inspected across the street from them after purchase. It passed the safety test but failed the emissions. Due to my work schedule, I wasn’t able to try to get it fixed until few days ago. I took it to a Ford dealership so they could fix the emissions. Come to found out the dealership that sold me the car shouldn’t have sold it to me. The Ford mechanic told me that whoever did the state inspection on my car didn’t inspect it at all and that the car should’ve failed the safety test.

Here’s what they told me what’s really wrong:

Front right control arm is completely rotted out, a leak from the gas tank cause of a small hole in it, rear extremely rotted rocker panels that have massive holes, a wire completely missing for one of sensors and missing bolts in undercarriage. He was surprised that I didn’t crash yet with all the problems it has. So now I’m beyond pissed and want a return. They passed the safety test of my car without really testing it. I have all the paperwork from them, the bank and Ford dealership. Is there anything I can do to return the car & get my money back?

If they refuse, I’m taking them to court. Please. If anyone has any advice on how I should handle this, please let me know. Thank you
