Yup it’s an important life skill. As is knowing how to change the oil.
I had to help my sister change her tire. We also went to update our road kits afterwards.
Thanks to my dad teaching me... and that time something popped my tires on a busy road, yeah. Good thing I was able to remember and do it with no help

I know how to change a tire, and my oil, battery, starter, door handles, and many other things on a car.
When I was 15 I was hitchhiking through New Hampshire and a 67 Ford Fairlane stopped just ahead of me. I ran over and got in the passengers seat. i said hi to the driver and thanked him for, picking me up. He told me that he didn't stop to pick me up, he had a flat tire. I told him I would change the tire for him if he gave me a ride. He agreed so we got out of the car and he opened his trunk. After a few minutes it was clear that I had never changed a tire before so this guy showed me how to do it. That is how I learned.
something to do with my Mercedes Me app I think...
Yes, an important life skill. So is changing windshield wiper blades without asking the guy at O’Reilly Auto Parts to do it!
Yes I do. My father taught me that when I was learning how to drive. He also showed me how to change oil & filter plus some other minor repairs.
Yes I do & over the years I have had plenty of practice especially on my SUV.
Most cars, yes. I cannot do it for a Tesla though
Just remember to put on the parking brake. It’s easy to forget.
obviously xD if you now how to turn a screw, you know how to change a tire.
No, but I want to learn it 😅
nope, time to start practicing
Yeah and I’m pretty fast at it too
My father tried to teach me. I refused to learn.
