It is not a very complicated issue and all you need is to unscrew a few hex nuts, have a tire levers, a correctly-sized spare tube and an inflation device such as a hand pump. The rear tire is a little more complicated because of the mechanism and chain. I make sure that I always have a pair of latex free gloves to do the job.
