
Things make you feel down?


Yes, they do. Often. Some big. Most little. Some gigantic and life smothering. But, carry on. Move forward. How? First by realizing that forward gets to be defined by you. Even one millimeter is forward. Second by realizing that situations can suck, but you are still valuable. All you have to do is say it. Validation from others will follow. But, finally and practically, find those little things that bring you joy. A sunny sky. Fresh coffee. Newly baked pastry. Flowers. The smell of exhaust. Whatever... but find those little things and add/do as many in each day as you can. You find that days look a little brighter and you have a little more shield to deal with the rest.
It's normal to feel like that when we have anxiety and depression. Do remember what your thoughts tell you (negative thoughts) it's not true. Believe and trust yourself. And don't hesitate to remove people from your life who affects you in a bad way.
