Recently had a funny conversation with one of my sisters and my mom about how we act when we're defensive. It was mostly about my mom, me and sisters. It was hilarious!

Seeing yourself honestly, what persona do you think comes closest to you when you get defensive?

Is there a mix? Another type you can think of?

The Yeller.

The Fast Talker. Defend yourself in one ling run-on sentence.

The Lecturer. "Let me tell you in detail why you're wrong."

To answer my own question. I used to be the yeller. Now, it's The Lecturer, with some other personas like The Oki Doki or The Interrogator..

None really. Put distance between until I chill and think through a bit. I have been hunted down before with this approach. One girl, I had to lock the bathroom door in the property where I lived... Roommates thought it was hilarious though !!

Reinvent the wheel, keep our clients in the loop (good relationships), weekly report so that i am in the loop... My office knows what is expected, how to do it, and benefits if numbers reached (3000.00 Christmas bonus for instance determined by 15th or 6 month of the year 2 week Vacation bonus around 2000).

I don't beat people over the head but fortunately I do not have too. I am very analytical, introspective, shy, however, I have spoken at major graduate school associations, global businesses etc. I can do President but I prefer Vice-President. Doing the stuff that makes it easier for Success... building the Business or Machine. Hope I'm making sense?
