I do get spooked easily. But I don’t usually let it show. I have a guy at work who is so quite and most of the time I hear him and see him and it’s fine. But if I’m inside a machine or something and my ass is sticking out and then I come out of the pot and he is just standing there… I hat it!! Lmao!!

  My understanding is that The Rock had to eat 7 meals a day, 2 beef meals 2 chicken meals 2 fish meals and 1 green salad meal, every day, hitting the gym Twice a day, doing 1 hour cardio early in the morning, and sleeping only about 4 hours. That's a herculean life! XP
