There are several signs that someone may not care about something that has happened to you. Some of these signs include:
- They don't listen when you try to talk about it.
- They don't ask follow-up questions or show any interest in your story.
- They dismiss your feelings or experiences.
- They avoid the subject altogether and change the topic when it comes up.
- They don't offer any support or comfort when you're upset.
If someone consistently exhibits these behaviors, it may be a sign that they don't care about what has happened to you. It's important to remember, however, that everyone expresses empathy differently, and some people may simply not know how to show that they care. It's always a good idea to communicate openly and honestly with the person to try to understand their perspective.
They will disregard everything that you're saying. You won't feel validated. That's usually what ends up happening.
Well the signs are that they just don't give you attention at all
