The students are coming at us with a full blown circle of questions and I’m just making up shit at this point to tell them. I don’t know what I’m doing and I’m over it. My head hurts. My tummy hurts. My ass hurts from this uncomfortable seat. I honestly forgot already how to do this job 😂 Apparently being off for 4 days straight can make ones mind go blank. Fck i don’t feel good 😭🤣 My head legit feels like its gonna explode and I don't know whether to laugh insanely or to cry. My chest hurts and I’m so close to having a panic attack. Reminds me of the days at the sporting good store that I’d hide out in the dressing room and freak out on the phone to this dude I was dating. I’m really feeling like that rn and my face is red and its just like really hot right now

Either wear pants vs shorts or skirt or set the temp that suits you in your office. I am also not much of a sweater (even when working out) and am cold a lot (especially fingers and toes) in the fall and winter seasons. So, I don’t usually have any sweating issues (unless the AC goes up in summer).
