If an incel has done “everything” then obviously he’s doing “everything” wrong. I don’t think it’s that their standards are too high but your expectations are not inline with social norms.

You can do everything and still fail. Life doesn't guarantee everything. Relationships and women are one of those things. And men and women aren't the same. Women are going to say the standards are fine while men are going to say they're high. But there's nothing wrong with women having high standards

The very definition of calling yourself an “incel” is blaming women for their own problems attracting a mate. Just like a woman can wear makeup, lose weight, get implants, or change there own behaviors to attract a mate so can a man. The difference is that “incel” men are to lazy and vain to think they need to change. It’s always easier and lazier just to blame others rather than take responsibility for their own short cumming.
The term “incel” is a term that actually blames others. Involuntary celibate.
