There are two holidays that I greatly dislike for the reasons that they are Hallmark holidays designed to such or money. The first is Halloween and what money sucking event that is. I participate as there are always costume parties associated with work BUT I hate it.

The second nightmare is Valentines Day which is the last money sucker that Big Business has instilled into our life for the year. For six months, Business is manipulating consumer and with the pressures sucking our money over Crap.

I like all of them but I can’t celebrate Valentine’s Day anymore because of the pandemic. Before CoVid came upon the world, I would buy myself dinner at sushi buffets or hot chocolates from Starbucks on Valentine’s Day.

Yes, I don't like Halloween. Where I live there's something called "Carnival" which is like "Mardi Gras" and I hate it! It's too messy and something bad will happen for sure.

Easter is one of those bullsh*t holidays for me. A bunny hiding eggs full of candy because of the resurrection of Jesus… like… wtf.. ya know?

I loved Easter as a kid because of the events that my community would have for us. They made Easter very fun. They had an egg hunt with candy and toys, a cotton candy stand, bounce houses, cook out, all sorts of things.

All of them, I do like Halloween it is the only day of the year where people tell me nice mask not realizing it's my face, but I don't celebrate Halloween anymore. "It's the one day of the year monsters take off."

I’d seems to me that holiday is to apply even more pressure on those who are single to get in a relationship. I think it’s BS too and people already have pressure from others to be in a relationship.
Again, I don’t agree with it. Just an explanation and not a justification.
