A house is a house & a house is a wonderful investment if it’s the right house. As for me I always tell people when it comes to a mortgage I rather pay my own mortgage rather than pay someone else’s mortgage as in renting. As for me six years ago I bought my first house & a little over a year ago I completely paid my house off & if you buy a smaller house & have a decent paying job you can do the same.
