What tips it off, for me anyway, is they tend to misspell the same words, for example, it was obvious the same person made another account because she kept spelling, "option" instead of "opinion" under both user names. They tend to use the same phrases, mainly insults, under both names. They'll tend to make the same punctuation errors. There is a whole list.
