Did you overall have a good time or bad? If you aren’t 40 yet, do you look forward to being 40? I turn 40 in July this year.

Well, throughout most of my 40s I traveled. And I had a ball. I wish I could have done this when I was younger. But I was married, my ex wasn't into travel. She hated planes. I had so much fun exploring, from the Greek forts of Sevastopol, to wandering around the open air market in Istanbul, to hanging out in the cafes of Paris.

Very nice
My 30s were probably the best decade of my life. My 40s were probably the second best. Although my 60s is pushing for the title of second best.
What marred my 40s was a combination that I was living somewhere that I really didn't want to be, plus my parents were getting old and I lost both of them in my late 40s.
I'm still in my 40s. It's like being in my 20s all over again, only better. I'm still feeling young, my kids say I'm young, my libido is going strong, no menopause yet, life is good!
I'm not in my 40's yet but I'm "afraid" of getting there. My life is already messed up, so I can't imagine how my 40's might be 😱😱😣😣

I'm 41, I don't feel it. Well except for when I get a back ache. Other then that, I take care of myself, I occupy myself with Hobbies , sports, activités. Keep on trucking through. Never give up on yourself. Self love all the way through. Just wish I had found this so called love.
40 is no big deal. You don't feel any older than when you were 30 or 35, etc. I was okay turning 40, somethings came to fruition in my life which made things easier. You start working smarter as you get older.👌
10 years from today, I was age 45, and it felt about the same just a little better, we all are getting older and nothing to change things.
I turn 49 in six weeks. It's been good. The worst part, though, was that this was the first decade where my body caught up to it's age. Have to be more intentional about what I do and how indo it.
I was still able to do a lot of things but the aches and pains started kicking in when I overdid it. A lot more Grey hairs came in. I was completely Grey by 46
Worked, had to have a major surgery, and tried dating but never got one date. So yeah so far almost threw my 40s and sucks.
Basically same as being in my 30 , some more white hairs, otherwise it's just me with more knowledge and wisdom.
I'm way over 40, and time does take its toll, but I certainly FEEL like I'm 20yo!
But overall it was a positive experience youd say?
Ummm. I don't consider my 40s as great, on the positive side I'm still here!
It was pretty good, all things considered. Most of it was spent bringing up children.
It’s just like being 39 but then you gotta get those prostate screenings at your annual checkup. Other than that, it’s about the same.
What was it like when you turn 30? Turning 40 is no worse than turning 70. It's just another day on the book.
My forties were great, best decade yet. I began to like me. Not sure why.
Just turned 40 and still on the hunt for a loving girlfriend.
complete shit like it was in my 30's and 20's
There's nothing special about the 40's. Pretty much just like the 30's and 50's.
It's gone downhill for me lately, physically
I could have had all the sex I wanted but was married. I don't cheat.
i am also turning 40 this year...
minus 25. :P
I'm 5 years away from 40
how do you feel about that?
Old lol
Awesome, life just keeps getting better.
At 39 everything went to hell health wise.
woman still in her 30s strolling by
Guy still in his 30s passing by.
My 40's was good
My 40’s were great, my 50s are even better.
