Am I vulnerable to spirits?

Does being naked (For self care reasons) till like 11 pm at night and also occasionally talking to myself in the mirror in a private space that's distant from other humans, make me vulnerable to spirits?
Recently the kitchen light was acting rather strange, so I wanna make sure I'm not tempting some spirits. Asked my dad to get it fixed but still I gotta be a bit careful.
