You can just block the sexuality topic and you'll stop seeing questions related to sexuality or what you say as 'weird' questions.

You have the insecure people posting weird questions like "how do I look" sometimes up to 5 times a day looking for attention and approval or the other most common question people ask is "does d*ck size matter". i can go on but you get my drift
