
Whats your healthy flex of the day?


I had two very nutritious foods today, one I mixed 3-5 different health powders with yogurt for better absorption and the other, I had healthy cooked chicken, healthy marinades, and bok choy greens with white rice. I also had some relaxing teas, all organic with medicinal properties.
Broccoli sprouts powder, nutritional yeast, kelp collagen powder, and matcha powder
I only use chia seeds in their natural form
Chicken caesar salad wrap for lunch, and smoothie bowl for dinner
No food or water so far but I will be getting water now
Sounds good. I took a walk
Yeah it was nice today. But I try to walk whatever the weather
