There are many ways but I think my most effective and favourite methods are-
*Watching shows or movies that I would watch because it makes me happy and relaxed thinking of the carefree days
*Cooking because eating and feeding my friends and loved ones helps me distract and brings me joy
*Reading a suspense novel
*Walking bare foot on the grass/sitting on grass while listening to music.
*Going trekking. It's so peaceful up there.

I think I started coming out of shell in my early 20s and even though I can be shy and nervous people think I'm very confident and extroverted. You can ask me to approach me, I can do that but before I turned 21, I never approached any guy or girl because it was too awkward for me, lol.

But there's still one thing I need to work on... I can come across as friendly and confident to everyone who talks to me except if it's someone I am interested in because I completely avoid looking at him and talking to him and even if these guys approach me, I barely give one or two word answer and let the conversation die which makes them think I dislike them. 😂 My behaviour was worse with my crushes when I was younger, though... lol.
