I'm just in peace with myself, i know that i ain't perfect, i also know that there will be people who will hate me and others who will hate me and people who will support me and others who are against me...

It's easy, cause i know who i am and i'm happy the way i am and i always fight the negativity with positivity (well not all the time) cause sometimes we just feel down 😊

My self confidence came after i realized that no matter what i do, there will always be people who won't be satisfied and other who will be happy, what matters is that i make myself happy because that's just who i am and can't be someone else nor have the power to pretend to be someone else, you like me than welcome and of not, have a nice life 🙂

Aw thanks! I have a lot of negative self thoughts and not so much confidence…something I wanna work on.

One way to deal with negative self talk is by replacing it with positive self talk. Try saying to yourself "I approve of myself and love myself deeply.

My ability to conquer my challenges is limitless; my potential to succeed is infinite" it feels awkward at first but you'll get used to it. You can always say something like " I am enough" or "I got this" it's a never ending battle.

It's about feeling nothing or having no emotions it's about going forward despite that fear.

It's easy to be negative and say you can't do something, but it's harder to say you can do it.

For example look at all the drug dealers that become amateur electricians setting up lighting learning all these advanced things to do illegal things. Imagine if they put their mind to starting a business or being successful?

They just feel more comfortable in negativity rather than living in a positive lifestyle. It feels comfortable saying you can't do something, but you do have the ability to succeed.

You are capable you just need to be optimistic. Optimism is the hardest thing to do because you can fail or embarrass yourself and look bad. Nothing you get easy in this life is worth having. So you need to focus on getting out of your comfort zone and push yourself. Remember to replace the negative self-talk with the positive self-talk.

There is no deliberate effort. You get it with time and urgency of things. I was shy and still am but when things call me I don't know how but I am in Charge of the situation.

I remember that time when I was really shy in school. I couldn't talk if my life depended on it. But confidence comes with time and responsibility. It doesn't come with stupidity

I learned if I don't have the answer to something I just say that and not try and blab a bunch of BS to someone. Confidence is knowing when to say I don't know.

yes, I am very confident in myself.
Being in emergency services you tend to be that way to begin with.
It isn't for everyone.
You are the one walking into a situation that others are fleeing from.

Once I learned how to not give a fuck... and at the same time being actually overqualified for what I do: my self confidence not longer allows me to play ''their game''.

And ''they'' are not prepared for it - so it works.
