This is actually a question on a College Psychology test, to see how well people pay attention to the words they read.

There are no countries that start with X, so the only correct answer is "No", but since that's not enough characters for a G@G opinion, our ruling judge deems the only correct answer is "No I can't; "No I cannot"" is also acceptable.

yes, but only if I were to speak in the Catalá language... where some C's would turn into X's so they do not sound like the Ch sound

so you would have Xina (China), Xile (Chile) and Xipre (Chipre/Cyprus)

but if you strictly mean English... then no, I can't

Now the the question was updated... I honestly feel the question itself is a poor one, because it implies that exonyms common in western countries are the only valid names for countries. It's invalid to refer to Japan as Nihon, or Hungary as Magyar.
