we get stuck from time to time…but we must not stay there too long.

That was long ago and I learned lot of stuff. Main ones:

1. Is urgent that I focus only on my health and financial future.

2. I didn't know how screwed up my life was—long story.

3. I am better off alone. At least for now, until who knows.

Cool. I am glad you did. It was a long process: nothing easy, but I moved on long, long ago.

The reason sometimes I still mention the relation I had, is because it's the only reference I truly have, about romantic relations—when a question is asked about it.

The DSM will not need to expand, at least for this. What you are seeing is the effect of a lot of depression, and with the effects of the pandemic and feminism on dating and relationships, this is not unexpected.
