Yes, but it wasn't always that way. It takes time for a person to get comfortable in their own skin. I started tor really feel more confident in my mid 20's. I took a long hard look in the mirror and I decided right there and then that I'm taking control of my life from this point forward. Shyness was gone, I didn't really give a fuck what others thought about me. I knew that I was the master of my own destiny and if I wanted anything in life, I'd have to make it happen. I guess you could say I put on my big boy pants that day and never took them off... besides the occasional washing of course.

Sometimes yes sometimes not. But in general i think i am. I communicate with all kind of people easily. I dont feel terrified easily. I think i was a bit more introvert before i started boxing but boxing boosted my confidence a lot. Like i mean i can easily see the huge difference between my past self and now.
