That was the best part of being unemployed. Most of the time I would not know what day of the week it was. I sure know wamhat it is now.

Hell yeah , in my gig ( well for last 30 years ) , my main day was Sunday , and on weekends Solo , you were flat out , Monday was the sales meeting , deliver your contracts , see all the other sales guys and girls , have a project meeting etc etc..

There were various marketing staff , that I found challenging , they would say

" Did you have a good weekend " = meaning = How were the sales?

So , I would always answer ( or make up ) , some great social event that I had attended , and quite deliberately go on and on , as I had worked the entire weekend , while they had been off doing whatever they do.

Plus , I had to drive 1 hour to get to the office , find a park , coins for the metre , listen to bullshit , then drive an hour back to my site , to sit there for 3 hours , hardly worth cranking up the notebook.

So Coach - Yep , every frinkin Monday I despised , and starting thinking about it Sunday Arvo.
