(Keep in mind the sketch was made based on a decomposing corpse)

More than just a sketch is needed for identification. Dental records and DNA are available on this missing person. https://www.doenetwork.org/cases/1374dfnv.html
Dna is available, however I am not going to bother reporting this if nobody else thinks the link between these two is possible.
If the body was found in California or Nevada, I'd report it, though the sketch looks significantly younger than her age when she went missing. If it's possible to give people closure, then make it happen. It would be quick and easy for the authorities to determine if they are one and the same.
How did you know which missing person this was without a name?
Are you a sleuth?

They did an experiment once with police sketches. They showed Americans footage of British celebrities then got the police to draw them based on their descriptions. The police sketches were then shown to the British public. No one recognised anyone.
That’s why this sketch stood out to me.
There are similarities such as the hairline and general shape of the face.
And they both have that bump on their nose…
There's a strong resemblance but some if the facial details are slightly different. The cheeks and mouth, for example.
When I take into consideration that the artist was trying to imagine past the decomposition and bloating, I really do see resemblance… 🤔
