Murders, transphobia and homophobia are always going to be around, and have been around for a long time. So I wouldn’t say they’re the most pressing issues today. I don’t follow politics so I know nothing about the current elections etc. And I know nothing about marriage rights - are they being changed again? Personally I would say that abortion rights are the most pressing issue. There should be access to that type of healthcare everywhere, usually the only ones opposed to that are men, which is pathetic seeings how it has nothing to do with them. The fact that there’s still places trying to ban womens healthcare and trying to force people to give birth is sad, and makes me lose faith in humanity. It’s not pro-life, it’s pro-birth. They don’t give a damn about the child once it’s born. If they did, they would care more about kids in adoption and foster homes instead of bullying and harassing pregnant people.
