I woud not be its to addictive for me, wasted so much of my life. It did help me with coping during thise hard times but its all maladaptive coping.

I would probably allow only nintendo. mmorpgs and misc. nonskill game are terrible.

I play video games- and while I refuse to have children (personal choice) if I did, I don't see the problem with it.

I played video games as a kid, my first system being an NES. My parents made sure I went outside and got fresh air, played, watched tv, and did things other than played games 24/7. Plus, I maintained good grades up until college... as a gamer! It's all about balance: knowing how to have fun, while being responsible.

If the parent raises the child right and not glued to a game, it's not an issue; it's a game like so many other addictions and hobbies out there.

I feel like women often share the idea of balence.
I just can't do it. Way happier with video games out of my life. Super addicting to me. But to each there own.

Yes video games helped my non verbal son learn how to talk. His speech therapist actually recommended them

It's actually just more something that keeps them interested so for each child it's different but obviously lots of little boys like video games so it's something to hold a conversation about with them

The doctor should be promoting healthy games. Not just misc.

Doctor also used to prescribe most illegal drugs on the market today.

I probably have enough information, to please multiple women with the amount of literature about pleasing women. I guess the cure is to just do the deed.

Video games aren't all bad. I've learned from them. In grade school "The Legend of Dragoon" helped me with my reading skills for example.

They're also good for developing fine motor skills and it's a great way to play with friends and family.

Yes, as we play videogames, our kids will sooner or later come into contact with video games.

I play video games and have for a long time, but I know that I have stuff to do before I play.

I'd just do what my parents did with me and my sister, only play for an hour.

I don’t have kids, but if I ever do I will allow video games. I game it’s not fair to bar my kids from gaming when I do it

I wouldn't ban them. They're actually quite good for developing mental agility. I wouldn't be happy with them playing 24/7 though.
