probably the most basic one, such as sadness.

I don't hate it for what it is but because I have felt such sadness for so long that it held me back. I don't mind anyone being sad but I hate being sad, I was tired of being sad. It's so draining, yk?

Judgement. Yes, we all judge but that's kinda the issue. We will judge someone without thought of why they are the way they are. Hell, we might judge them so much, we make them weak and submissive. Or we don't... and get violent about it. :c
