Why do some people leave their dog’s crap in other peoples yard?

Don’t they realize how rude that is? When your dog or pet takes a shit, clean it up! Show some goddamn respect and stop being so selfish! Two days ago some girl was walking her dog and he took a big dump on our yard. We saw that and wanted to see if she would clean it up. She looked at me and started walking away. I went outside and said, “Excuse me. Can you clean this up?” She kept ignoring me and I yelled “Hey!”. She was so rude and kept walking so my sister and I called her until she stopped. My sister said, “You need to clean up after your dog. How rude!” She asked for a bad. We rolled our eyes and went inside. I grabbed the bag and went outside and slammed it on her bands. Not hard but I wasn’t nice about it. She gave me a look. She said, “Thank you. I appreciate it. Very nice of you.” I just ignored her and went into the house. Bitch. I’m not going to nice if you’re going to disrespect our home. We’re we too harsh? I don’t think so.

i usually don't clean up after the dogs i walk. they usually poop closer to the curb

I mean I'm not a dog owner. If I was I would do it frequently. Ya know, like I'd try to vary the yards that way I'm not dropping dog brownies on the same person everyday.
I can see bothe sides of it, because I was dog sitting my sister's family dog. You can tell the dog when to pinch a loaf. He's going to do it when ready at any rate i had already let him out earlier so I was just taking him for a walk and we were blocks away from my house. He stopped all of a sudden and dropped a steamer right on the sidewalk. I'll be honest, if it had been a nighttime walk and he hadn't done it on the sidewalk I'd have just left it. Because I had to walk several blocks to get a bag just pick it up. And he wasn't a small dog. So it wasn't a small mass.
