Do you think it’s ok to judge someone of their past if they have significantly changed their life around?

Yes because they still did it, they might have learned from it but the past doesn't just go away, past matters, is why I tell people to make good decisions, people will still judge, actually people try to find reasons to judge, I think it's only fair tho because the people that didn't go down that path shouldn't have the same treatment as the people that did tho, i wouldn't say it's okay to judge anyone but we do judge and it's how it is, just cause you changed doesn't mean your past stopped happening tho and past is always a doorway to judgement.
