Do you get annoyed when people openly insult the traits you find attractive?

I mean if someone doesn't like the same things I like, that is fine... but if they openly treat it like some sort of objective flaw then I tend to get hostile... and I'm only attracted to chubby girls with glasses, so you might imagine this comes up quite a lot.
Point is, you promote what you want to see more of in the world, right? So if someone is going around trying to disparage and demote what you're promoting, that is an instant conflict of interests.
Anyone else get this? Or am I just playing lone crusader here?

Nah, I'd just probably cringe a bit. Because if I like something, chances are that is has great objective backing for why it's more of a strength than a flaw.

Each to their own. What I find attractive may not sound appealing to some. I don't think I would get all riled up because of that.
