This question was inspired by a girl I follow on here, it was an opinion she gave to a question😂 I thought it was cute!
1.5K opinions shared on Other topic. I park way in back.
Less chance of door dings, and the walk is good for me.
Did you ever watch at health clubs so many people are looking for a close spot so they don't have to walk so far, but they get on a treadmill and run a couple 2, 3 miles.
Go figure.31 Reply- +1 y
OMG! Ha Ha That’s hilarious!

+1 yIf it’s raining, I’ll park as far away as possible. Why, you ask? Because I look damn sexy when I’m wet! Especially if I’m wearing a tight t-shirt. If it isn’t raining, I’ll grab the nearest spot.

Whhaat? Lmao! I still haven’t figured you out Mr. Walrus. A wet t-shirt? Do you have big boobs? 😂

+1 yWhen I was a kid, my mom was so damn lazy, she would actually park in a handicap spot! It made me sick! I will grab the closet spot that I see. It’s actually not smart driving around a crowded parking lot for various reasons.

OMG!! That’s crazy! 🤣🤣🤣 Did she ever get a ticket?
- +1 y
No, she didn’t. Lol
+1 yThis might be where I am full-blown weirdo but I often park in the back even if parking spaces are available that are much closer. I'll even park in the back in near-empty parking lots.
It makes it easy to remember where I parked since I always tend to forget. Also I don't mind walking more. I don't see the big deal even with very heavy bags when it's raining or snowing (good exercise for grip strength).

I only park a bit closer if I have passengers, like my wife or friends, and the weather conditions are harsh (heavy rain, snow, etc) mainly out of courtesy to them and also I don't have to worry about forgetting where I parked since they can remind me.

It's actually an overall optimization for me to park in the back, I think, since I tend to lose so much time looking for my car after if I don't. 😅 I'm terribly forgetful of things like this. I might need to take a picture of where I parked on my phone to avoid losing so much time looking for my car if I didn't always park in the back when I'm alone.

+1 yNope I sometimes even park all the way in the back where all the empty spots are, I can do the walk, when I do shoppings I try to do it asap so an hour looking for a spot is crazy 😂
23 Reply- +1 y
It seems a lot of guys park toward the back to protect their car, which is totally understandable, is that a reason you do it?
- +1 y
Yea, people can't drive for crap out here, even cars that aren't moving aren't safe lol
- +1 y
😂😂
I may make one trip around but usually just the first available spot
33 Reply- +1 y
That’s what I do but I will keep my eyes open as I’m parking to see if someone is pulling out or getting ready to.
- +1 y
We’ve all been there. Lol

That’s actually a reasonable answer. They had a discussion about their boyfriends parking in the middle of nowhere, so their cars wouldn’t get dinged.
+1 yI always park at the back of the parking lot to avoid door dings and wild carts.
31 Reply- +1 y
For some reason that seems to be a guy thing. I totally understand but I don’t even think about that. My dad never parked by the cart return bins for that reason.
12.8K opinions shared on Other topic. I try and park away from everyone else. I hate it when people scratch the paint on my truck
22 Reply- +1 y
That is such a common answer from men and I totally understand. It’s just funny that women don’t think about that. My dad would never park by the cart return bins, for the same reason.

+1 yI grab whatever is close to the entry. Gas is expensive and I don’t have time to look for the perfect spot when my feet are capable of walking an additional 2 minute across the lot.
20 Reply 2.9K opinions shared on Other topic. I park the furthest away from everything as possible
22 Reply- +1 y
To protect your car? That seems to be very common with men and I totally understand that.
m +1 yI park as far away as practical, I hate people parking next to me. That means a decent size parking space and not likely to have some idiot park next to me. However you have some other clown park right next to you and loads of free spaces,

+1 yLMAO. I notice this too. Sometimes people take longer finding a spot to park. Then if they just parked and walked in. No honestly, I just park where I can and walk.

+1 yNo, I usually park far away from the store where there are few cars. I get my exercise walking that extra distance.

10 Reply 1.3K opinions shared on Other topic. I'm disabled so parking is no longer an issue
22 Reply- +1 y
What do you do when all the handicapped spots are taken?
- +1 y
Swear at the morons without disabled badges occupying them. Then box them in.
Seriously. I have zero qualms about some entitled fucktard using a space that as an amputee I have to pay to have a badge stating I'm disabled to park in being inconvenienced and having to wait for me to do what I went for - which under these circumstances tends to take longer than it would otherwise.
I need my chair about 40% of the time, even with the prosthetic. There's this assumption that the disabled are just "nice" and won't make a fuss. Especially in South Africa. I, however, am the same bad tempered, pig-headed asshole I was before the amputation. I'm also still 6' tall, 220lbs, 52" chest and solid guy I was. Except now I tend to be a tiny bit grumpier than before over disabled parking.
My brother's best friend was wheelchair bound when I was a kid so it's always been something I've had a problem with when the bays are taken by the able bodied.
We're fighting over the shrooms.
