Why do lovebombers and scammers continue lying even when you caught them in lies?

Today I had the most stupidest lovebomber, lying scammer giving excuses for not showing up on a live video call. If you got nothing to hide then you wouldn't mind showing on cam to see if it's really you I'm having interactive conversations with.

Then started replying with an ''But how does a video call proves love''? I called him out on the lies and he still continued insisting on he's not a scammer, lol. Even after they've been caught and you're not buying their BS, you're calling them out from the beginning, why do they continue lying to you?

Then he got so defensive in the end and faked tears... just because I asked him a simple request, to call me on messenger and do a life video call. He kept refusing and wanted me to just believe him, lol. Why continue lying if I'm not falling for it?

When you find the answer please tell me. I get fakes all the time. I got 4 "girls" in my DM's on Instagram right now and I'm positive all four are fake. Well one I'm not sure because she randomly tried to video call me but I seriously couldn't at that moment now she is gone. Maybe I did have one real one or a really good fake she never asked just tried out of no where. But seriously I would love to have one real girl in my DM's even if nothing happens.

They are so full of BS that they even believe their own lies. I'm freaking 36 (nearly 37 years old) and obviously I'm not going to believe the ''I love you'' words, esp with someone I've never even met in person, much less someone claiming to just want to get married. Right, lol.. yeah right, like a man would want to really travel to my country and marry a random woman.
I've spoken to a real person that really did visited me and unlike the scammers, he's taking his time and we're not even boyfriend and girlfriend yet. A real person would never be throwing the L word nor rushing with promises of getting married.

yes indeed it gets so old that you already know they're liars from the beginning. The first clue I caught yesterday was him telling me he's super rich. A real wealthy person wouldn't say they're rich. If I were rich, common sense is I wouldn't want anyone (except my parents and a very close friend) to know about it, much less a random stranger I've never even seen in person.

If I had more knowledge of technology and computer programs, I would be a scambaiter. It would be good if for once a scammer admitted. Then I would tell him to get a job or maybe refer him to this Pleasant Green (Ben Taylor is his name) guy that does videos on youtube about scammers. Ben once got a scammer admitting it and actually made that guy work, then he paid that guy, teaching him to earn honest money.

Well I'm down to 3 scammers one of them was so obviously in AI. It didn't know how to answer to me saying that if we worked out they would have to move to me because I'm not moving. It was confused and tried to avoid that and when I pushed for it to answer it, it asked me to reward because it didn't understand me 🙄

Now to be fair every woman has a breaking point. But guys know women want to believe him when the have feelings for him. So some guys will exploit that. I've reached the breaking point a long while back that the "L" word and anything relating to the phrases "my love, the love of my life" anything that describes falling in love has no effect on me. I'm not impressed by those words. In fact I feel nauseous hearing an I love you.

That scammer was faking tears on an audio clip, whatever. I wasn't impressed by crocodile tears either. Someone already did that long ago. I've become immune to the "falling in love with the ears" and I'll go for what I see and actions instead.

Be careful going on camera with random people some are just scammers but the real danger are the hackers and extortionists. I’ve had all my files pulled over a video chat before I don’t know how they got in but if they want nudes with your face or money just report and delete

Exactly. Someone that really wants a conversation and serious connection with me appears on live video (it's not like I was asking him for something impossible.. I requested something so easy). I'm honestly sick of tired of the same ''I love you...''My love''' catchphrase, as I'm really going to base a relationship just base on feelings, lol. I think those liars even believe their own lies because that guy was trying too hard.
