Every time people look at me, they lick their lips and their tongue comes out of their mouth and they push it back into their mouths. Why? A lot of people do this and it is kinda weird …

Maybe its a corrdinated effort to make you uncomfortable? Younger people can sometimes play mean tricks on others (and popular people can convince sometimes even nice people to gang up on less popular people). I've no idea why they do that, except maybe to fit in.
