The rundown on my situation is on St patty’s day my boyfriend and I were hanging out at a local park. It’s a new park and became our new go to spot. Anyways what happened was, I was chilling with my boyfriend and he was trying to be funny on the slide and this random kid and his two friends were there trying to get a soccer ball, I was walking toward my boyfriend and he saw the ball too and I said I didn’t know who’s it was and the kid was literally snapping pictures of me! For the record, I had a t shirt and leggings on with some sneakers nothing revealing but my chest is big but I didn’t have no crop top or low cut shirt. I don’t understand this cause it creeped me out and annoyed me. This kid must’ve been 12-14. He had no parents there whatsoever just him and his friends. What was his deal?

Nope. You’re in a public place. It is only a crime if there is a reasonable expectation of privacy. Such as a a restroom or in a home. Likewise if it’s upskirt then that’s a breach of your privacy. But in a store or out in public you give up the right to privacy. Sorry.

In public you have no expectation of privacy. so you can't do anything about it. If your boyfriend was a real man he would have confronted the kid and forced him to delete the photos.
