It's interesting. Quite intricate and artistic in its way.
Having a tattoo with that kind of subject matter will alienate a rather large segment of the population. I cannot see, for instance, that tattoo being accepted in most churches, and if one were bringing home a date or prospective spouse there might be some conflict and friction from family that does not understand the beauty and artistry of such a tattoo.
As for me, I don't blow hot or cold over it. It is not in my skin, so I have little if anything say in who should or should not have such inking.

I think it’s cool. I always like art that depicts nuns or other religious figures in an evil way.
That’s because I don’t really like religion so I like the symbolism of it.

St first it looked like an image of vomiting leeches, but a closer look it appears more like a very-forked black tongue. It seems more like possessed nun than evil nun to me. Overall, gross in a horror sort of way.
