Has anyone noticed that around the early 2010s in America is when most people started becoming boring?

Starting around that time most people started to become fun only when they were drunk or high and the percentages of boring kept increasing as time went by. I remember before the early 2010s the percentage of boring people when sober weren't as high. And even people that weren't boring before started becoming boring in addition to the people to the people that were already boring.
