Sky near where I live tonight π
My dad had an important work social event with a high ranking member he is friends with and a preferred friend drove with him to the event.
So his stomach for events was full and he did not have time to schedule more activities into his life.
We also had a guest come over for visit and they agreed to drive my dad to the airport since taxis are not ideal.
Not just because you have to pay for it, but also because a taxi driver could tell thieves your house is unoccupied if he has criminal contacts.
Yeah. Our friend at the hospital showed us since it was cloudy where we were. Mom wished it was clear last night like it is tonight.
Sadly not. I missed the right time to see it and i live too south for them most of the time. It is a shame as the auroras are something i always wanted to see.
I live too far South... but a few friends around the globe did share theirs, pictures, that is

Nope, we didn't get nuked by a x-class solar flare...
You could just say no π
Not last night. It was cloudy here, and I live too close to New York City (too many lights). It cleared up here and around the area, so I'm going to drive away from the city a few hours to try to see the aurora tonight.
@Apple1996 I hope so also. Let me know if you're able to see them.

I could only see it from the horizon at my place my buddy that lives in they city sent me some cool pics tho
Wow.. Just WOW! I would have loved to see that. No I didn't see it where I am.
No. None of the cool stuff ever happens in Florida :(
Or at least not the full effect.
No, the air is far too polluted to be able to see anything
Nah it was too cloudy
I missed them!!
I plan to see them today! Hope the solar storm keeps going on for a few more hours!
From where did you see them?
NZ π
Not yet, but I still have one more night to see, but itβs been cloudy every night
That's beautiful 😍 but I didn't see them here
No, and did I totally miss them? (I DID see the Apr.8 eclipse.)
No I haven't I live in New York you can't see any of that. Where do you live
NZ π
I was busy so i didn't get a chance to look.
No, they were not visible this far south (Florida)
Some people did see it in Florida last night.
Unfortunately no there's far too much light pollution around me
Aw how beautiful. Where is this?
Nope, a little too far south
Too far south for me to see
😳😳😳👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻β€οΈ😁 that's amazing
So, would that be the Southern lights?
Technically yes. Though these in particular are caused by a massive solar storm and could be seen all over the world, but obviously more intensely closer to the poles.
The pinks and purples are gorgeous. Iβm more used to blues and greens.
Yes, saw multiple colours in the sky.
No, it was really cloudy where I was.
