Hugely excited. I am a Spring/Summer guy.

In fact, if the universe were just and merciful, and man was not being punished for his sins, the year would begin on April 1 and end on August 31. Fall and Winter being the penalty Adam must endure because he ate of the Fruit of the Tree.

Long days, beautiful flowers, pretty girls on the beach, the splendid fireworks display that come with a thunderstorm, the sounds of crickets filling the night, backyard Bar-b-q's, the smell of freshly cut grass, Easter Sunday - my favorite holiday, visits by the ice cream man, the rush you get from plunging into the pool on a sweltering day, beautiful long sunsets, the sight of dew glistening on the lawn in the morning light, walks in the park... the list goes on.

Keep your dreary dark - and short - days. Keep your bone chilling cold. Keep the icy roads as you risk life and limb getting to work.

Oh, and Fall? Those pretty colored leaves? They're dead. That's they look that way. The days get shorter as all hope is lost.

So put me down for Spring or Summer. Oh, and as you can tell, I don't have especially strong views on this one.

I am a little, but there's lots to do still this spring period. I'm planning a little trip to the most southern extent of Canada which is Point Pelee and Pelee Island. I have some rare species on my to-see list and plan on doing some searching both in the park and on the island. Blue Racer Prothonotary Warbler

Haha I’m not excited for the heat. But I’m very excited to run away and chase the ocean, go on trips, visit college campuses, friends weddings, and more.

Both yes and somewhat no. Residing in Sweden, we have waited far too long for spring but it feels now that it skipped straight into summer. On one hand, I love it. On another hand, going to work in the morning hours can be somewhat sweaty, given I will continue to wear formal wear.

With all that said, I personally prefer the summer over rain and tiredless winters! The cold and darkness, kills me, literally.

Eh, not really- but then, I'm in Florida, where we have "summer" and "slightly less summer". As a former Chicagoan, seeing people bundled up in coats because it's sixty degrees outside is just comical.

Although it IS kind of funny to be stared at for wearing shorts; it's hard to be stared at for your clothing in Florida.

We don’t even have that in Canada anymore.
Yesterday was 23 dc with sun blasting us from all directions and doing over time.
Then it was thunder and lightning 4 PM onwards. Today, the sun is also putting extra over time.
