What is your ideal home?

I'd like a reasonably large, ultra modern house. Lots of windows for natural sunlight. I'd like enough space, possibly in a basement area, to create a mini-mall with muck-up stores to reflect my hobbies. A large garage, for multiple vehicles, would be a must.

Is like it located in a warm climate area, but not humid. Maybe somewhere around Southern Utah.

The lot would also be reasonably large. I wouldn't care about a pool but a hot tub would be nice. A pickleball court would also be a great feature, along with a batting cage.

Part of the lot would have gorgeous lawn, well landscaped, with a few palm trees and a long driveway.

I don't care much for space as I have grown up with not too much and also had wayy to much clothing for my own good. I wear 7 pairs of clothes through out the week...

Anyway, I'd like a tiny house. Not much more than 75-100k for everything. A small interior. Yet a cozy look. I'm a big fan of rustic style. Yet I wouldn't mind a little bit of modern here and there.

I don't need much land as all I've grown up on was 1/2 an acre and 3 or maybe 4 would be more than enough for me.

As for the tiny house, I'm thinking two shipment containers stacked on top of each other and a spiral staircase outside to get to the second floor.

I want to be totally off the grid, so getting a solar panel every few years would be great and setting them up to my two batteries that would charge the house.

I'll have to put in my own septic tank and a well for fresh water.

The interior is not yet made up in my mind as I don't know what all I will have for it. However, instead of regular container floors, I'll have latches on the bottom floors so I can pull up on them and see everything underneath in storage. Only the most vital things will be kept.

A little farm house with a covered wrap around porch, gravel driveway, little bit of land surrounded by woods. Can't see the neighbors house and only hear the sounds of nature. That's what I'd want.
