it's top secret, but I will note I found so many nuts in there... squrrels found way in and stored their loot.
riding lawnmower, power washer, push mower, roto tiller, snow blower, trailer for lawnmower, 2 wheel barrows, table saw, chop saw, vacuum cleaner, wagon.
um an extra fridge/freezer lol, shoes, cars, like 2 cardboard boxes. that's about it. i don't like a messy garage
Some seasonal stuff. Stuff I've boxed for donation.

My 1978 Firebird formula it’s a collectors edition, but it doesn’t start. I want to try to sell that to help pay for my property taxes for the following year not this year.
@Dongie I can’t afford to do that. My property taxes are so expensive. Here is how it looked in its prime.

And I don’t wanna have to take it to a mechanic and have it towed just to get it to start that would be like a total tune upI just want to sell it as is. I’ve never sold a car before. What do you do with something like that? Go to the bank and have him pay the bank teller cash or something like that because I don’t want any checks because I don’t trust people. I have a friend from the past, that sold his car and it bounced the check

@Dongie what’s the best way to sell the car so I don’t get ripped off when making the final deal? Both of us going to my bank him and me and have him write me out a cashiers check or just have him hand the bank teller cash I don’t want to take any checks and have to wait 3 days for it to clear. I don’t trust people. by that time he could be out of the state of Florida and with my car
@Dongie thanks I guess that’s the best way to do it because if he had to write out a cashiers check, he would have to pay cash anyway. that’s a lot of counting of $100 bills, but it’s better than nothing and I’ll take it right into my bank account to make sure the money is real with him
@Dongie that’s a lot of counting. It’s better to separate it out to make it easier to count instead of just handing me a wade of cash like that. And the guy is sitting there watching you so if you make one mistake, you’ve gotta start all over. I don’t like that kind of pressure with a stranger.
@Dongie yes good I’ve handled $7000 paying it out at a funeral in cash making the arrangements but I just don’t like the pressure of counting 100 200 300 400 500 and a wad of cash with a stranger staring at me meeting him for the first time then if he starts talking to me you can slip up easily and have to start all over but it’s good to set it up in stacks of 1000 like you said thanks for talking to me today I’m going to remember this conversation
Back when I was buying and selling cars, I saw an ad for a '67 Mustang fastback. It was a project car that had been in this guy's garage for years. He had never gotten around to doing anything with it. His wife finally got tired of it and told him that either the car goes or she goes. I got there first and picked the car up for $200. It fired right up and I drove it home.
Out of all the cars I've owned, that is one of the very few I regretted selling.
@WindAtMyBack Awesome that was a steal
When I had one I had lots of tools for working on the car or the house mostly and what ever I thought was good to have in case I needed it for later
