I don't think there has been a formal ranking of colors. Since they don't have a W-L standing or even an popular vote I'm disinclined not choose a better color. However I do know or at least I've been told that blue looks good on me. Oddly enough people who have elaborated on that have said its so at least non part because it matches my eyes. Again, oddly, on day a past when my eyes were more pink than blue, no one suggested pink an a color Nazi should wear. Instead they would make meaningless comments like maybe you should drink less or take fewer drugs so I understand how it can be a confusing topic.
