Why are brains disgusted by their own appearance?

This of course goes for anyone that hasn't been unsensitized to gore or human organs (so excluding doctors, surgeons, anatomy scientists etc.) but for the most part people would look at human organs and even brains and be disgusted but if someones thought process comes from the brain then why is the brain disgusted about itself 😂

Unless the brain learns about itself it will also exist not knowing it exists as well which is also weird to think of lol

A brain can exist clueless about itself but still function and still know what nutrition it needs to function, even when the brain is clueless it still knows how to run the body properly by doing everything. 🤯🧠👈🏼

That's really sad, yeah I read about that recently in my bio project work, saw case study of this innocent 13 year old and it made me cry.
