Should I give my cleaning ladies a courtesy notice about the living room camera?

I recently put it in at one of my houses, not because the cleaning ladies just because I'm rarely there. I trust them 100% and have never had cameras for them, it's in case someone else breaks in. But should I tell them as a courtesy?

No, don't tell them. Its a security feature, the fewer people that know the better. Even if they find it, so what, you have a security camera. The less people who know about any security the better your security is. Even friends and family, just leave it to s need to know and move on.

I would check your stare laws in this regard. It may or may not be required that you inform them.

In a lot of areas it is legally required to be posted that you have a camera.
