Lol I feel stupid asking this. But after spending the last hour just crying I guess I just needed to know if I'm broken at this point... cause I don't feel whole anymore

It's easy to feel broken when you're upset, and/or depressed, but even people at their lowest can still come back from it.

I've been there, and I'm certainly no motivational speaker, but you're only broken if you give up. As long as you try, you can make things better, so just don't give up.

Everyone starts out broken and then life puts them back together by using experiences to teach them lessons. For example, babies are born crawling, not walking, babbling, not talking, clumsy, not experts at physical coordination. And some times life breaks you again when you are an adult. I heard somebody say every one on earth is wounded but we can all get better and learn from our failures. There are people in their 90s that have not mastered maturity and truth yet, and suffering does not mean you are not mature, it might be a totally normal response to intense changes on your life.

Sometimes you may feel broken. It may be the result of some trauma or maybe some pattern in your life that you feel like is not normal. I am usually the lst one to suggest seeing a shrink but maybe in your case it might help.
