Should I risk my Medicare?

I am currently receiving SSDI disability benefits, and therefore, I receive Medicare. My Medicare is tied to my SSDI. If I lose my SSDI, I lose my Medicare.

This recruiter called me, showing interest in me for a 6-month contract role. It pays $40 an hour/40 hours a week, although it is short-term. Once the 6 months expire, I am without work again.

The issue is, I am on a fixed income with SSDI. If I make above a certain amount, I lose my benefits. If I lose my SSDI, I also lose my health insurance. My trial period has ran its course due to failed work attempts in the past, meaning I have no trial work time anymore.

Well considering the first part of defamation is that it must be false and he's already admitted to it, I fail to see how a case would hold up. Plus he'd have to show how's he's been harmed by it next which is also flimsy at best.

1. She was a minor you fucked.

2. You kept trying to reach her and contact her to the point you got a stalking conviction. Regardless of context, you literally stalked a minor, you got convicted of that.

We were less than 4 years apart in age. She was of age of consent, and it was consensual.

I plead "no contest" to a stalking charge as a plea bargain, not fully understanding the consequences of that. I had poor legal representation, and the conviction was a general, misdemeanor stalking conviction.

Hey, I made mistakes a long time ago. It doesn't make me a "child stalker" nor an actual stalker as of today. It was a pursuit of a romantic interest nearly a decade ago that went wrong. I never even laid a hand on her in a violent way and I didn't threaten violence either.
