How do you deal with your jealous cat?

Typical female -- you're not even listening to his feelings. You're just shaming him for expressing himself.

What he's really trying to say is, "Hey I'm just as important, if not better, than your human friends, yet you never video call me on that device of yours."

And, "Hey I'm also musically inclined so maybe we should explore our feelings together through music."

So, stop being so biased with your made-for-humans activities and schedule a video call with him just like you do with your human friends.

And maybe open your mind to the fact that cats are musical, too. Is it really so hard to get him his own piano?

He has toys, he doesn't like to play with other cats. But the real problem is his jealousy and control freak, he decides what I do with my Me Time. According to him, if I’m not actively worshipping him, I must be doing something wrong.

The vets' suggestions work for about five minutes, the last vet said he is a jerk by his nature, they said some cats are like that. I don't know if it is possible, it's my first cat.

I seem to remember from a documentary about cats that this could happen with kittens taken from their other too early. Often having a second cat / sibling cat helps.
I would get him a running wheel and sit him there every time he acts up.
