My partner gifted me but it made me feel very upset?

he always gifted me very decent things but this time he gifted me things that didn’t have any good quality or it would not appeal to other people. i feel very ugly and insulted.

its not that i need him to buy me expensive gifts or anything like that. i feel disrespected.

i can describe to him how i feel but I don't know if thats a good idea. i dont wana make any dumb moves or make it seem im immature or seem like a baby for not liking a gift.

any advice or suggestions?

The fact he gave u a gift means he appreciates u, but why he gifted u something like that, maybe he has some financial problems 🤔 instead of feeling bad, u might wanna feel considerate towards ur partner and show some care, it's not always about u 👍🏻

and i surveyed the online store were he purchased the items and all were the same amount of price of each item but he choose very ugly items that no-one else would buy.

Since this is out of his ordinary then there is a problem, or it could be a test, either way my advice to u is to forget about it and never mention it until u find out what's the purpose of it
