I am feeling very upset by my partner, am I wrong to feel this way after I feel like he has lied to me?

My partner told me recently that someone he was dating previously had been introduced to his family after they had only been together for a couple of months. We are supposedly supposed to be in an actual relationship, and I haven't met them. what has annoyed me even more is he made such a huge deal about it usually taking him a long time an introduction. I am now feeling like I can't trust him as he clearly hasn't been honest. Does anyone have any advice, please? Thank you

How long have you been together? Just because he introduced his ex to his family after a couple of months, did it ever occur to you, that maybe that was something he regrets? My ex introduced me to his parents after less than 3 months of dating, which I am the only one who he has ever done that with but our relationship ended up being very toxic so I have no doubt his next relationship he will be taking his time to introduce her to his family because he will be wanting to make sure the relationship is healthy and stable.
