My Humble Opinion.

Because of a lot of regular exposure to "IMHO" and "in my opinion" acronyms using internet communication, specifically forums. In French, a language probably making a less intensive usage of acronyms than English, I have seen AMHA, À Mon Humble Avis, a few times.

As an acronym for Most Helpful Opinion, it’s a bit of a misnomer. So many questions here aren’t a request for help at all.
I think Most Valuable Opinion would be more appropriate. Especially since they insist on assigning them to every post.
I suspect there is some bleeding heart think tank somewhere who thinks suggesting one opinion is more valuable than another is hurtful. They might as well be giving MHO to everyone who responds if that’s the case. Ell oh ell!
