Trending & News Yes people used to die knowing they were going to a better life, now they die knowing it's just over.
But if you think about it, you didn't care that there was nothing before you were born. It's the same nothing after you die. You even have some of this nothing every night when you sleep.
So it's not really fear of dying, it's fear of not living anymore. Friends, family, memories, education, experience. All gone.
I wouldn't say I'm afraid of getting older but ageing is something I don't really like to think about
No. I rather enjoy it. Women chase after me now rather than I after them. I'm financially secure now (probably the reason they chase after me now.😆). As long as you take care of yourself and you are a little lucky you can live a long healthy life and your older years can be twice as good as your youthful years.
I think so. The impression that I get is that after having the best education and best medicine in the world, people today are more fearful of aging and death than at any point in history. Am I wrong?
