Late to the show but 4 days ago I was feeling kind of sad tbh. But only because I ate something that fermented in my gut, caused me gut inflammation, poor nutrient absorption & disrupted my hormones, causing me to not be able to produce as many positive ones. So I didn't really have as much free will to feel happy when all of that was going on. But now I'm good.
